Year Plan

My Year Plan Introduction

This course will help you to make the most of the year by giving you clarity on what you want out of this year and then guiding you on maintaining focus throughout the year

Firstly, you will reflect on the past year, gaining insights as to what worked and what didn’t work. Next you will assess your current position and look at what you want to achieve this year. Lastly you will create strategies to support you throughout the coming year.

Make the most of this course by getting assistance from the Closed Facebook Group for this course. Here is the link:

Ways to enhance your success with this course include:

  • Honest self-reflection
  • Asking others for insights
  • Sharing your experiences with a group like Coaching Culture Clubs
  • Being open to feedback: Listening carefully without defending yourself and then taking what is useful from that feedback.
  • Once you have completed this course, don’t put it away and forget about it. Referring to it monthly will help you to keep on track
  • Do a few things you’ve never done before – take some risks; stretch yourself
  • Have fun!

Breakup Healing

breakup healingIntroduction

There’s no pain or failure
like going through a divorce.

Jennifer Lopez

Breakups are never easy even if it is done amicably. Everything changes. You need to deal with and work through a lot of pain and hurt and confusion and stress. Often, we tend to go through this experience alone.

Working through this journal will take you on an important journey. A journey that will help you come to terms with the breakup or divorce, cope with your situation, get over the hurt and move on through finding the light at the end of the tunnel (which is not an approaching train), discovering yourself and finally facing your new self-created purpose-filled future.

We encourage you to join the Facebook Closed Group. Here you can link with others on a similar journey to you.

This is your go-to place for support, encouragement and, of course, supporting others. Join by clicking on the link below:

Allow the group members to be there for you and accompany you on this difficult journey. Work through each section at your own pace and in your own time. The journal has been written in a specific order, however, if you are really battling with an aspect then move onto the next section and return when you feel ready. Don’t become bogged down and stressed because you are not able to handle one of the chapters. This is a guide for you to help you along your journey.

In the journal you will find that referring to your ex is done in the following way “when you hear that she has moved on”. Thus, you can read “she” if the ex is a woman and “he” if the ex is a man. This removes the need for the clumsy “he” or “she” referencing. After the first few times your brain will automatically read the appropriate pronoun for your situation.

The journal has been written with children in mind as well. Children can suffer greatly when involved in a breakup. Where this does not apply to you, simply skip the comments and exercises and ignore Chapter 5.

This journal has been written for you by a divorcee (along with Coaching Culture Clubs) who traveled this journey alone, without any guidance, and has now come to a place where she is empowered and strong.

May this journal and your Coaching Culture Club members accompany you along your own
journey and provide all the assistance, support and guidance you require.

Relationships

Introduction

This course is for anyone in an intimate relationship whether they are married or not. Intimate relationships, or the lack thereof, can be our greatest joy and our greatest sorrow. Where the course mentions husband or wife, replace with words that will work for you.

It is in our intimate relationships that we learn the most about ourselves and how to be with others. Here we learn the true meaning of being in a relationship. We learn that it’s not that simple or that easy and we also learn that it’s wonderful.

Once past the “in-love” stage, we come across difficulties and challenges. Depending on how we handle these, the relationship makes it or breaks down.

These difficulties and challenges can serve us well. We can grow; we can blossom, we can enjoy the true meaning of love.

Many marriages or relationships don’t make it. This may even work for some people.

However, if you want to give it your best shot, if you’re committed to making it work, to living the benefits of two people enabling each other to be the best they can be, then this course is for you.

How to use this course

If possible, get your partner to do the exercises as well. Don’t discuss them until the end of the chapter is reached, unless otherwise instructed.

If your partner is reluctant, you can still work through the course. Any changes you make will reflect in the relationship eventually. When you work on being the best partner you can be, your partner will eventually respond.

The crumbling relationship

If your relationship has disintegrated to a great extent, we suggest that you seek professional help. Don’t wait until your relationship is in such a bad state that it’s unsalvageable.

Counsellors and Coaching Culture Clubs cannot perform miracles. You have to still have a spark inside you to fix what’s broken.

You can work through the course at the same time you are attending relationship counselling – take the exercises to the counselling sessions to add more depth to your relationship work.

Note on wording

Writing about relationships usually necessitates saying “he/ she” very often and this becomes
unwieldy and messy. Some people resort to saying “them” when speaking about the partner
which is not correct use of English grammar. Tania Collins, a member of Coaching Culture
Clubs, and a club owner, came up with a unique solution to the problem, which is used
throughout this workbook:

The word “she” will be used in these circumstances. Read “she” if necessary or “he” if
necessary. Thanks to Tania!

Emotional Intelligence Program

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the key to both personal and professional success. It is an essential skill in relationship building.

Emotional Intelligence is our ability to be aware of, to control, and to express our emotions. It is also our ability to handle interpersonal relationships successfully, thoughtfully and with empathy.

Basic Coaching Skills

By working through the tasks in this program you will be able to get a clear understanding of basic coaching skills. These coaching skills are vital to anyone wanting to improve their relationship skills, not just those wanting to become coaches.

Please NOTE: this program does not enable you to become a coach. It merely teaches some of the basic skills.

License Holder Training – Workshop Training

Welcome

Welcome to the exciting world of personal development and wellness. The Coaching Culture Clubs business was created to empower people as they embark on an exciting journey of personal growth and coaching skills development.

We are happy that you have joined us on this journey and we look forward to a long and prosperous experience with you.

The value of personal development has increased tremendously over the last few years because facilitators are becoming more action orientated and the results speak for themselves. A Coaching Culture demands responsibility and accountability and both individuals and companies thrive with that intention in mind.

This is a journey of discovery, not only for your participants but also for yourself. If you have not gone through the online courses, we suggest that you get to know each one inside and out, so that, upon deciding which workshop you want to run, you will understand the process that your participants are going through. Although each journey and environment are unique, as a Licence Holder, it is vital that you understand the road you are guiding your participants along.

In this training, you will first learn about Coaching Culture Clubs, how to facilitate a workshop, and how to handle participants.

The second part of the training covers the business side of your workshops. This includes managing the workshop, marketing your workshop and creating action plans for success.

We wish you a successful and inspired journey with Coaching Culture Clubs.

Sincerely,
Michael Coyle and Kirsten Long

Personal Growth Fundamentals

We all want a house that looks good, that has a strong foundation, supportive walls and big windows to let in the light with a roof over our head to protect us from the elements. Sometimes we buy or inherit a run-down house, and then we need to take the time and effort to fix it up and make it beautiful. The purpose of all this work is to create a sanctuary – your home.

This is the same with our lives. We could all benefit from a strong foundation that supports us, windows to let the light in, and a roof over our heads to protect us.

The Personal Growth course leads you step by step in improving your life.
