Online Courses

You will have access to the online courses you purchased for the lifetime of the Coaching Culture Clubs website. Refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.

Given their digital nature and the fact that technical knowledge of eBooks and/or the Online Course registration process may be required to assist you if the eBook or its Link, or Online Course does not work. Once you purchase an eBook or Online Course, we will only allow you to return it if defective.

Most of the courses have been developed by experienced Life Coaches Kirsten Long and Michael Coyle. Coaching Culture Clubs also work with other qualified professionals to bring you other vibrant and exciting courses.

Once you have worked through a course, you will automatically receive a certificate of completion.

The courses are various lengths. The time taken to complete a course depends entirely on you. You can do one hour of work a week, or ten hours or more. Entirely up to you! The individual course outlines will give a rough estimate of the number of hours required to complete.

Go to your closed Facebook group and share your issue with the group. You will get suggestions from the group. You can also enlist the help of a facilitator or join a club. There are different Facebook groups for different courses.

Sign in on the Coaching Culture Club website. Click on Online Courses. Then click on the course you have purchased. You will be guided through the course from here.

Clubs

Go to Find a Club, look at all the available facilitators. Contact one or more facilitators to get details about their club/ work. The facilitator will guide you from there.

Facilitators determine their own fees. Contact a facilitator here for more details. Your contract to attend club meetings will be directly with the facilitator. Your access to the courses is with Coaching Culture Clubs.

You may resign at any time – just speak to your facilitator.

YES – email both facilitators and request the change. The facilitators will guide you as to how to complete the move.

You will still have online access to any course you have purchased when you resign from a club

eBooks

Sign into your Coaching Culture Clubs account.

Browse this website’s store for the eBook of your choice.

Add it to your basket and then complete the payment process.

Your eBook will now be stored in your Digital Library on the website under the Downloads tab on the My Account page.

When purchasing an eBook, the choice is there in regards to the format. The formats to choose from are PDF & ePub.

PDF’s can viewed on just about any device with Adobe Reader (or PDF viewing capable app or software) installed.

ePub is an e-book file format that can be read using complying software on devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers or e-readers. Please check your device’s App store or download the necessary software onto your computer before choosing the ePub format to ensure your device/computer is capable of opening the format.

Exchanges & Returns

Get in touch with us here to cancel an item or a complete order.

If the order has not yet been paid for, it can simply be cancelled.

If it has been paid for, you have the option of a credit or a full refund.

You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which you receive a notification that it is being shipped for delivery. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If you have changed your mind about a product you bought from us, you can return it to us at no charge, provided that:

  • it is not a digital product such as an eBook, electronic voucher, or other digital download;
  • you request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (after 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective);
  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
  • it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (except if it is an Unboxed Deal);
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;

If your return request falls within this policy and is deemed eligible for a return, once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice either:

  • deliver the correct product to you (if the correct product is available) or;
  • credit your account with the purchase price of the product or;
  • refund you with the purchase price of the product.

When logging your exchange/return request, you can select a preferred action. While we will do our best to fulfill this preference, we cannot guarantee that the option will be available, and this is also dependent on the outcome of the return. The available options are dependent on the reason for the return, and include the following:

Credit my account – The amount is credited to your Coaching Culture Clubs account.

Replace this product – If you have received a product in a defective or damaged condition, you may request a replacement product, if it is available.

Refund – Once you have received confirmation that your account has been credited, you can request a refund instead of the account credit. Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account account.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received.

In general, once we have received the returned product, your return request will be processed within 20 days. Once your returned product has been validated, your account will be credited, unless you requested a replacement, refund or an exchange.

For refunds, please note that your bank can take 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your bank account.

  1. Log your exchange / return request on the website: Login to your Coaching Culture Clubs account on the website and initiate the exchange or return process by completing the online request form.

  1. Prepare the return parcel
    Pack the product in its original packaging (if you still have it), and into a shipping box or other packaging to protect the products during transit. Remember that if you are returning a product because you changed your mind, you must have the original product packaging – which must be intact and undamaged (but you do not have to have the original shipping packaging).

Please include the return reference (the RRN number at the top of your email) in or on the outside of the parcel so that we can easily identify your return.

  1. Courier collection
    Our couriers will contact you within 1 to 2 business days after you have logged your return, to arrange the collection.
  2. Exchange or replacement / account credited
    Once your returned product has been validated by Coaching Culture Clubs’ quality team, your account will be credited, unless you have requested a replacement or an exchange.

Once your Coaching Culture Clubs account has been credited, you can use the credit towards other purchase on the website.

Alternatively, once you have received confirmation that your account has been credited, you can request a refund instead of the credit.

Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account

If you’re returning a sale product, the reduced price paid at the time of the transaction will be refunded back to you.

If you have used a Gift Voucher or Promotional Coupon on an order from which you are returning one or more products, please refer to our terms and conditions here for more information on how these credits and refunds will be processed.

You are responsible for packing the product safely and securely for return to ensure against damage in transit. Please include the return reference number in the parcel so that we can easily identify your return.

Facilitators

When you buy a license you will be able to use the Coaching Culture Club courses in the following ways:

  1. Run a club – all your club members will be working through different Coaching Culture Club courses and you will facilitate their learning and growth
  2. Work 1-on-1 with members – the individual works through a Coaching Culture Club courses of their choice and you will facilitate their learning and growth in private sessions
  3. Run a workshop – choose any of the Coaching Culture Club course and use it as a workshop. The members (people on your workshop) will have access to the online course through you – and you will decide how to structure all aspects of the workshop.
  4. Work in a Corporate using any of the 3 methods above

Fees are determined by facilitators and are not set by Coaching Culture Clubs. The structure and process of the sessions you have with the facilitator are entirely determined by the facilitator. You will be using one of the Coaching Culture Club courses in these sessions.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, you will be added to our Newsletter Database. You will receive a monthly newsletter with content/ special offers etc. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you register on the website, you will have access to some free resources, and you will be able to purchase a product of your choice. You will also get notification on the website of any member-only offers. If you would like to be de-registered from the site contact us here, or open the My Account page, select the Account Details tab, scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your password and click the “Confirm Deletion” button.

NOTE: if you request to be de-registered from the site, all access to any online courses will be revoked and you will not be able to access those courses in the future.

If you want to hear about great deals, new products and special offers before anyone else, make sure you are signed up to receive our email newsletters. Sign up anywhere on the site by entering your details in the newsletter sign up block towards the bottom of the site and then click “Subscribe”.

Login with your email address, that your account was registered with, and your password, go to Account Details. Change your old email address to your new one and save your changes.

On the Login page click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and enter the email address that your account was registered with and click ‘Submit‘. We will email you a link to this email address which you can click on to reset your password.

There are two ways of purchasing products. Online courses can be found here. You can also go directly to the shop here. Clicking on the buy button will take you through the purchase process. If you are in the shop – you can add items to the cart and then click on Checkout to complete the purchase.

The Checkout procedure is as follows:

  • You will be prompted to log in or register, if you are not already logged in.
  • If you have purchased a physical product, then select your delivery address, or create a new delivery address.
  • Select your payment method, insert any voucher or promotional coupon details, and click on the ‘Proceed‘ button on the bottom right of the page.
  • Select your preferred delivery option from those available and click on the ‘Proceed‘ button on the bottom right of the page.
  • Choose your payment method and follow the steps to complete payment, then click on ‘Pay Now’ to complete the order.
  • A complete order summary will now display with all the details of your complete order.

By registering on the site, you will have access to numerous free resources. You will also be regarded as a member of Coaching Culture Clubs which means that you will have access to extra – special discounts from time to time.

Payments

PayFast guarantees the highest levels of security when paying online.

PayFast has a Thawte EV SSL encryption certificate which gives our payment processing service an extremely high level of security.

PayFast acts as a proxy between the buyer and the bank to facilitate a faster, safer and easier payment process for both the buyer and the seller.

Your online banking login details are NOT stored by PayFast.

Coaching Culture Clubs uses PayFast to supply the  payment options which include using a debit card, using a credit card as well as instant EFT.

Shipping and Delivery

The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.

Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Once we’ve received your order from our suppliers, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details.

If you received an incomplete delivery you can notify us here, then our friendly customer service team will be in touch with you to assist.

We do not ship outside of South African borders at this time.

You will be notified of the delivery costs when you checkout.

Coaching Culture Clubs offers a courier delivery  – We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.  All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout.

We unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email.
